More importantly, Triangle Luxury Waste has a great team in place that focuses on building a brand that embraces a culture of servitude and integrity to its customers; we are not focused on revenue. We currently do not use this service, why should we start?
Valet trash services are consistently rated as one of the top amenities voted on by residents. Unlike a gym or pool, everyone can use it! Not having this service in place means dealing with spills, leaking bags, or residents wanting to sit bags outside of their door until they have time to take it to a dumpster. This decreases the curb appeal and hurts property and rental values. Triangle Luxury Waste is an amenity you need.

Why does Triangle Luxury Waste not charge for recycling services or additional trash receptacles?
We believe that if we provide a great service at a fair price, providing free things like trash cans and plastic bags, helps to ensure we can continue to provide impeccable service at a great price.
How do I get started?
Give us a call or send us an email. Once an agreement has been made, simply give us a start date and we will notify residents of the new service (provider), give them basic instructions on how our services work, and drop off a brand new trash can and recycling bags to each resident. After service begins, we will send the resident management team weekly updates regarding dumpster usage, violations and general comments from each of our visits.
